To ensure your Chery vehicle always performs to optimal condition you need to service it as per the prescribed service intervals which are:
First Service
First service to be done on 5000km or 6 Months, whichever occurs first.
Second Service
Second service to be done on 15 000km or 12 months after the first service, whichever occurs first.
After The Second Service
After the second service, the intervals are every 15 000km from last service or 12 months after the last service, whichever occurs first.
Service Leeway
Chery International allows a leeway of 1500km before or after or 30 days before or after the prescribed interval as mentioned above.
Warranty
Vehicle is valid for a period of 5 years or 150 000km whichever occurs first, from first registration date on condition that no services have been missed. This will include free roadside assistance
Service Plan
Service plan is valid for 60 000km or 5 years, whichever occurs first.
10 YEAR/1000 000 ENGINE WARRANTY
For loyal customer Chery will offer a 1 000 000km or 10-year engine warranty provided the terms and conditions are adhered. This means, should you follow the terms and conditions of the warranty, the engine of the warranty will be covered for an additional 5 Years or 850 000km whichever occurs first.
